• Quick Support: Brief consultations for plant troubleshooting and seasonal check-ins.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom arrangements that have already been started may not be fully refundable.

Our plant coaching and care advice is provided for educational purposes based on our experience and expertise. Results may vary depending on individual plant conditions, environmental factors, and adherence to care recommendations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for plant health or survival.
